MeCust is a local-only membership management application designed for small businesses. The LOCAL version stores all data exclusively on your device without cloud synchronization.

The LOCAL version of MeCust does not require account registration. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and backup of your data.

Your rights under these Terms of Service terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term or condition. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy all copies of the App in your possession.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the App shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, either party may pursue other legal remedies.
