1. Overview
MeCust is a digital software product (local-only membership management application). As a one-time purchase item, we want to ensure a fair and transparent refund process for our users.
Note: Due to the nature of digital products, please carefully consider before purchasing. We strongly recommend downloading and trying the free trial version (if available) before making a purchase.
2. Eligible for Refund
We will process refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of purchase: You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 calendar days of your purchase date, provided the product has not been extensively used.
- Technical issues: If the software has critical bugs or compatibility issues that prevent basic functionality, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
- Duplicate charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase due to payment system errors.
- Product description mismatch: If the actual product functionality differs significantly from the official description.
Google Play Purchases: For purchases made through Google Play Store, please submit your refund request through Google's official refund channel first. We will assist in verifying your order upon request.
3. NOT Eligible for Refund
Refund requests will NOT be approved in the following situations:
- Change of mind: Simply changed your mind, no longer need the product, or decided not to use it.
- User error: Purchased the wrong product or by mistake.
- Lack of knowledge: Not knowing how to use the product's features (please refer to the user manual or contact support before requesting a refund).
- Normal usage: The product has been activated and used normally without technical issues.
- Policy violations: License violations detected, such as using pirated versions, unauthorized sharing, or resale of accounts.
- After 7 days: Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the purchase date (except for verified technical issues).
4. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Contact Us
Send an email to support@104j.com with the following information:
- Your Google Play order number (or purchase receipt)
- Purchased product name
- Purchase date
- Reason for refund request
Step 2: Verification
We will verify your purchase order within 3-5 business days.
Step 3: Processing
For approved refunds:
- Google Play purchases: We will guide you through Google's official refund process
- Other payment methods: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to your original payment method
5. Important Notes
- Refund processing time depends on your payment provider; it may take an additional 5-15 business days for funds to appear in your account after we process the refund.
- After a successful refund, your product license will be deactivated. You must uninstall the app and stop using the product.
- We reserve the right to make the final decision on all refund requests.
